I recently had the privilege of meeting another librarian and a museum curator. My cousin invited me, Dan, and Memaw Dottie to join him at the Chambers County Museum at Wallisville https://wallisvillemuseum.com/ where I met museum curator, Marie Hughes. My cousin Lloyd Maxwell works with Ms. Hughes in preserving the rich farming and cattle history in Chambers County. The museum is filled with artifacts and pictures donated in part by my cousin and the Maxwell and Boyt families. I was delighted to meet another cousin, Arthur Maxwell, Lloyd’s youngest brother.
